Porter Hill Sweets specializes in hand crafted, small-batch caramels, toffee, and molded chocolates.

We use organically grown, Fair Trade Venezuelan blend semi-sweet dark chocolate to create our molded products. Our chocolates and candies are gluten free, soy free, are made with non-GMO cane sugar, and contain no additives to extend their shelf-life.

Chef William Poole is a small-batch confectioner, working from the kitchen of his 18th century farmhouse in rural New Hampshire. He specializes in creating solid chocolates from metal-vintage and reproduction molds.
