Easy Chocolate Mousse

by Louise
(Perth, Western Australia)

I have had this recipe for about 25 years and it is always a huge success. I have given this recipe out so many times as it is easy and foolproof.

2 eggs
1 tablespoon castor sugar
200g (7oz) cooking chocolate
400ml (13 oz) whipped cream
grand marnier (optional)

Melt chocolate.

Beat sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.

Stir in chocolate quickly and fold in cream and grand marnier (if using).

Refrigerate till set.

This is great served with fresh berries.
