Featuring Dallas' finest chocolatiers and a full day of chocolate education.

Attendance will be capped and spread throughout the day to make sure that everyone gets the chance to meet each chocolatier and savor their creations.

But, that's only half of the excitement. In addition, a separate room will have a full day of informative and fun sessions led by chocolate experts including topics like, "How to Taste Fine Chocolate" and "Chocolate Making 101." The first session at 10 a.m. will be a special roundtable discussion between all the exhibiting chocolatiers. The chocolatiers will explain what initially drew them to chocolate and answer questions from the audience.

Chocolatiers confirmed for the event include: J. Dorian, Wiseman House Chocolate, Coco Andre, Le Cordon Bleu, Sublime Chocolate, Nib Chocolates, and Collin College with more to be announced soon. Confirmed for leading classes are Clay Gordon (The Chocolate Life, Dessert Professional), Chef Michele Brown (Collin College, TCA Dallas Pastry Chef of the Year), and others to be announced.

In order to make sure that attendees have enough time to taste the chocolates and talk to the exhibitors, the main event will be divided into three sessions.

Admission to any session includes admission to all classes (space permitting).

Tickets for the event are $15 for adults, which includes admission to one session, all educational classes (space permitting), and up to 10 samples from the exhibitors. Children?s tickets are available for $5 and include 3 samples. Tickets can be purchased online at DallasChocolate.org for pickup on the day of the event. Tickets can also be purchased at the door for sessions that are not yet sold out. Several chocolatiers will also be selling pre-packaged items from their tables.
