Chocolate Strawberries

Making chocolate strawberries is so simple I am not sure that it qualifies as a recipe but when strawberries are in season, these are a delicious treat.

It works equally well with dark, milk or white chocolate.

Break some chocolate and melt by sitting the bowl over a saucepan of hot water, making sure that the bowl doesn't touch the water as the chocolate goes horrible then. I find a quick blast in the microwave works just as well for melting the chocolate.

Carefully wash and pat dry your strawberries. Leave the leaves on, as these are handy to hold as you dunk the strawberries into the chocolate. Then set on a plate and let the chocolate harden.

Licking the bowl is a good enough reason to make these! And, all ages love these treats.
