Chocolate Frosting Recipe
Making this delicious chocolate frosting is as easy as 1-2-3. This finger-licking-good icing only takes about 10 minutes so you can top off your special dessert to make it even more irresistible. Need: Large bowl Mixer Large flat knife Ingredients: 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 3 cups powdered sugar 1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened 2 teaspoons vanilla 1/3 cup milk
Directions: - In large bowl, combine cocoa and sugar.
- Add vanilla and butter.
- Beat on low speed until smooth and thick until well blended.
- Spread frosting over cake.
Makes: About 2 cups to generously frost a 13x9-inch cake, or frost an 8- or 9-inch two-layer cake.
