Chocolate Fondue

Make a rich, delicious chocolate fondue with this easy recipe. It’s a divine dessert to enjoy with family and friends.

Need:

Fondue pot*
Fondue forks, kabob skewers or long tooth picks*
Fruit or food sliced in bite-size pieces. See many ideas on Dipping page

Ingredients:

12 ounces semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips (chocolate cocoa with a content above 50% is best)*
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
  • Cook milk and chocolate on stove over low heat.
  • Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is smooth.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Stir in vanilla.
  • Pour into fondue.
  • Skewer food and dip into chocolate.
  • Keep warm over low heat.

About 8 servings.
